Admittedly, I am not a frequent visitor to your website. But the design of the pages still looks unrefined and amateurish. The visual aesthetics is missing or belongs to a generation gone by. But I believe that it has the potential to grow interestingly.

a quick feedback
1. customer support @ bookshop - 5/5
2. website - 3/5 ( why 3? - home page is loaded with movie stuff / videos which will take away people's attention more to it, than spending time on books section which is the core function of the website....on average , i spent 15 min / week on indulekha, so what is happening is, movie section is stealing the major part of it ! my fault ....earlier when u had no such fancy things (movie / videos), i used to spent 15 min on some thing useful / books section .....blinking top 10 videos link in home page is one such item which is stealing my time! again its not your fault but just wondering why do we need this section in a website like indulekha which promotes books reading / awareness / book shopping etc ...
bottom line - may be you can still keep movie stuff but the home page should load only about books which is available in http://indulekha.com/malayalambooks/
3. movie - reviews are good one - 5/5

There is an akshayakhani of good literature to catch-up on! Indulekha helps in providing a one-stop avenue for updating myself on this front. The best part is the book excerpts that you provide. Not that it has influenced my buying preferences, but it will greatly benefit those who are new to Malayalam literature or translations from other languages and want to sample those. So keep up the good work please.
You do sell a few English books, but maybe the range and extent of that can be increased. In terms of format/layout there is room for improvement which I am sure you will bring about in course of time. Even though a film buff myself, I would love to see pure literature (books, writers, events) hogging the limelight in the homepage of a site named 'indulekha' (than catchy film star pics and other commercials) that could be just wishful thinking. Other features for the future could be extensive reviews by literrateurs, on-line lending libraries, used books sale, organizing sahitya samvadam, writing competitions to unearth talent, etc.

The New Indulekha looks better. I feel the news letter also need a face lift.

Your new logo looks simple and elegant. It is appealing.

Your new-look Indulekha page is good. About your Malayalam script for introduction of the books, etc., as I pointed out in one of my feedbacks earlier, is cumbersome. Please find some ways and means to mitigate this!

The redesinged INDULEKHA is better than the old one. Better to add something sports, inteviews and updates events etc.
Sasikumar Nair and Rajasree Nair, Abu Dhabi say...
The new indulekha looks better, I like your book reviews. It is fascinating to find the review on Khalil Jibran, one of my all time favourite writer, in your current edition. My wife loves your film stuffs. You certainly keep us informed about arts and literary happening, which we miss in all television channels and other new media.
